Maybe?
I am not sure. I do not like how people are acting at this point on here. This makes me nervous on how this will be patroled.

No
I think we should work with what we have. Why spend money on expensive attorneys when we are not trying what we can already do. Send letters to the homeowners and knock on their doors. Somebody needs to prove to me they have done this in good faith and have not gotten anywhere (with ALL of them, not just a few).

Can you post what it said?
I am new here and would like to hear what it said. Do you by any chance have the letter? Could you write what it said here?
Before I moved here from out of state, I lived in a subdivision that had a mechanism for enforcement.

Exactly
You hit it on the head. This is what I was waiting for. We are talking about weeds, and all of a sudden you are talking about fining other things also. Most of this is matter of opinion in terms of if somebody's deck needs to be painted. I remember almost a whole summer where the homeowners association entrance at Seldom Seen need to be painted because it was peeling. You want to fine me for not painting my deck, but how long did it take to paint that brick? What is good for the goose is apparently not good for the gander.
