I agree with some of your post. Why should we pay to cut the grass behind homes where the only ones that use that properly are the ones who abut that property. It wouldn't take an abutting homeowner much time to cut that area a few feet more and it would save the HOA a lot of money.

Yea! We should not have to pay any fees. Isn't that what you are implying here? Heck maybe we should not have to pay taxes either? It is only those who have kids that use the schools! Settle down. Sometime people just talk before they think. Obviously the poster you responded to does not have the capability to think.

Our association is in good shape.
We just need to enforce the contracted agreement for all who live here to pay their fare share. I am sure we will, and those who don't feel they need to pay will find out this is a country govererned by laws and that they will be inforced.

You made some very good points. The previous poster you are referring to, obviously has a bad case of tunnel vision. They live in their own little world and doesn't care about anything around them ,until it effects them personally. This is the same type of person that would never lift a finger to help their neighbor.
