Sorry
Sorry to hear about your dilema. Hopefully you will be back on track soon. Did you contact the HOA and ask them for some time? At least this way you will not have lein filed on your home. I am sure they will give you more time knowing the circumstances.

under the powerlines
I think NOT mowing is not a good solution because it would not look nice. I heard the option of wildflowers & a path. Sounded better, but then the poster who mentioned the animals, allergens, etc got me to thinking. They are right. Actually keeping it mowed would be the best option. I live near those power lines & suffer from allergies. That would be horrible for me,if you have allergies you know where I am coming from. Plus I have thought the open space next to the old BB looks bad when not mowed, I cannot imagine the entire area under the lines overgrown. How about a wide walking path, but nothing around it, that would still allow less mowed space w/o all the other weeds, flowers, etc. (??)

reply to common area
You just took stupidity, to a new level.
Explain why Liberty Twp would want our common grounds ? So they can maintain them for us, out of the goodness of their hearts? Those so called ponds, are retention basins for runoff rain water. Please get a clue, before you speak.
