If this were a more communist community you might not get a fine, or assessment, but you might just get a bullet in your head.

Fines were never tried before. Suggested maybe, but never attempted.
Get your facts straight.

As more people see the neglect of property, and their value's go down, believe me it will happen. There is already a group organizing to get this moving forward.

To those who don't think letting your property go hurts the community, just look at the repurcussions.

Lower values = less tax revenue
less tax revenue = reduced money to schools, road maintenance, law enforcement, etc...

Major decline can start with one situation that is not addressed based on the standards at hand.
