What America Means to You

1st Prize: $100 US Savings Bond
(2) Second Prizes: $50 US Savings Bond

Eligibility: All New London area youth ages 10-16

Essay: The essay should explain what America stands for, or what it means to you. Each essay should contain an original title, and be limited to 500 words.

Winners: Winners will be selected based on originality, content, and grammar. Entries must be received by October 31, 2001, and include contenstant's name and phone number. Winners will be notified by November 15, 2001, and prizes will be presented at an award ceremony.

Winners of Previous PACT Essay Contest

Shown above are the winners of a previous PACT essay contest. The essay topic was "What Can I Do to Curb Youth Violence?" First place went to Joshua Marsie of Mystic who won a $100 US Savings Bond.
