SPECIAL MEETING FOR OUR NEIGHBORHOOD.

RIGHTS and RESPONSIBILITIES FOR RESIDENTS:

The meeting was called to order at 5:10p.m. by the president with prayer.
then we open the meeting with discussion about rules and how to keep the neighborhood and your places clean. we also discuss the problems of the neighborhood and how to keep the children and the adults safe in our community. we discuss the time or curfew for the children and the Adults.
the times for the children will be 7:30p.m. and adults 10:30 p.m. on their porches because of the shootings in the neighborhood, we are trying to put a stop to it, before some child or adult get hurt. 14 people in the meeting. We also sat a special day aside for cleaning the porches and the stairs of each apartment with the help of the Staff. the meeting was closed at 6:30p.m.
