Pool Bathroom Keys

The bathrooms located at the pools now have locks on them. Each owner may have a key for the bathroom door if they contact Jomar, Jim Mowery and request a key and note the address where you want the key sent. There may be a charge for lost keys; that will depend on how many keys become lost. This action was taken to prevent vagrants inhabiting the park from using the bathrooms as a clean-up, changing room.
Also- we must have the expensive, Coast Guard approved safety rings at all pools. These are constantly being stolen or misued. We need the help and cooperation from ALL homeowners to see that this problem stops. Please get the unit number of ANYONE misusing these devices and report it immediately to Jomar. As far as the chairs- some owners always believe they are meant to be borrowed- please don't be a borrower.
