No Rent or Sale Signs at Units

BULLETIN BOARD: at the entrance to Papago is the only place where information as to units available for rent or sale may be advertised. If you wish to have a plaque posted advertising your unit, call Jomar and they will have a plaque prepared and mounted at the Board for a nominal charge. No signs are allowed at an individual unit. Fines will be issued if signs appear. Realtors have been violating this quite often. If you see a sign please report it to Jomar immediately.
