PARKING: Remember that each unit has one covered parking space and one uncovered space. If anyone parks in your space call Jomar and report the problem- they will give you authority to call the number of the tow company which is posted above every garage. Guests must park in the unassigned, guest parking spaces. No parking is allowed in unmarked spaces such as marked curbs and entryway areas- the fire department must have access to these areas. The RV area is for recreational type vehicles only and anyone using a space in the RV area must register with Jomar.
And--if you park in a RED area expect an expensive tow bill.
