TERMITES: Papago maintains on-going insurance with Arizona Exterminating Co against building termites. This company will also write termite reports if requested if you need one when you sell your unit- they do it free of charge. Please note some mortgage companies may still require an independent report. However, although the policy means attention will be paid to any occurrence, it does not mean the company will search for the ?“tell tale soda straws?”. If you suspect termites, call management and ask them to have our exterminators check the sighting. Do not wait for damage to occur.

OTHER VERMIN: Ambassador Pest Control (separate company from termite company). If you need pest control within your unit, they will do it for a nominal fee. Ask Jomar about this service or call Ambassador at 245-5220.
