Stop the Drip and Check Tub Drain Caulking

Papago Park Village Condominium's have been standing for more than a few years now. If you haven't checked your water heater recently perhaps you should have a plumber check before you create an unwanted indoor shower. When reinstalling a water heater or washer you may want to have a metal pan fabricated to catch the first overflow before you turn the water off.

Also, some leaks have occurred because the caulking around tub drains has dried out. This can result in water cascading into lower units for which the owner of the leaking tub will be responsible. Maintenance is the key to successful unit ownership.

Fogged windows occur because double pane windows can separate from the seal and water vapor collects inside. Knocking a window or treating the window roughly is a bad idea.
