Satellite dishes, light fixtures, and privacy screens

Recently, there have been numerous Satellite dishes fixed to the front and sides of buildings throughout PPV. Before ANY satellite dishes, or any exterior changes are made, a architectural request MUST be submitted BEFORE any work is done!!!! These architectural requests are here to insure the conformity our community must have to keep our property values high and the appearance of PPV beautiful. Any work that is done without the approval of the H.O.A will be taken down and the owner of the unit fined. Please contact Darell at Jomar for specific spec's on this type of installation.
Doors, windows and other limited common areas are owners responsibility to maintain but approval for any repairs and installations must be approved by Jomar prior to work being done.
The board has also approved a privacy screen for the use on the patio gates in PPV. The specific info can be obtained at Jomar through Jim Mowery (480)892-5222. This is the ONLY type of material/application that can be used on the patio gates.A architectural request is still needed if this work is to be preformed on your patio gate.
