Replacement Sources

The followimg information is for the homeowners benefit when replacing/touching up items on the exteriors of their units. ONLY specified paint colors, tile numbers, doors, outside lights and door locks/handlesets that may be used in our community. Any deviation from the standards set by the HOA, will result in a notice to change/fix the item. If there is noncompliance a fine will be imposed. Contact Jomar for information as to where these items may be obtained or for specific information as to what may be used.

Attaching "dishes" is not allowed without clearance from Jomar regarding location.

As a guide, the following is provided, but check with Jomar before purchase.
