Park Olympia Property Owners Association

Welcome and thank you for visiting the Park Olympia Property Owners’ Association website. We are a deed-mandated association comprised of 88 homes, located in Northeast Bexar County, Universal City, TX, which is referred to as Park Olympia POA. This beautiful community began development in the mid 1990s, and is conveniently located to Randolph AFB, Ft. Sam Houston, and the city of San Antonio.

The Association has a Board of Directors consisting of 5 Directors. These Directors are elected from the owners annually. A Community Manager who assists the Board of Directors in the day-to-day business of managing a mandatory association manages the community. The association collects an annual assessment, which pays to maintain the common areas, management, and other services that benefit the community.
