Adult Community

All residents at "Park Place" are adults. The prime requsite of our bylaw mandate that at least one resident be 55 years of age or older. There are to be no residents under the age of 18.

Maintenace Free

Your "Association" through the payment of your dues provides for the exterior maintenance of your unit except for the doors and windows. They provide for lawn care and snow removal. No more shoveling, or ladders to paint the trim, no more mowing, just water the grass and flowers and watch it grow.

Security

"Park Place" is a gated fenced community with limited access. These elements help to keep the oppertunists from troubling or imposing themselves on the residents unless permitted to do so.
