On behalf of the Board of Directors of the newly formed Park at Oaklawn Homeowners Association and our community homeowners, we would like to welcome you to our community’s website. On our website you will find useful and informative information to include a newsletter which will highlight community events as well as a place to discuss community issues that affect our community. It is our goal as homeowners and neighbors to maintain and enhance our community to make a safe, fun and neighborly place to call home. Only minutes from uptown with spectacular views of the Charlotte skyline, makes the Park at Oaklawn one of the most desirable places to live, work and play.

The Park at Oaklawn is made up of families with diverse backgrounds; we share our community with town-home style apartments, the Anita Stroud Senior Living Center and Recreation Center. Together with the help of the Charlotte Housing Partnership, this community promises and will continue to be one of the jewels in the crown of Charlotte.
