Parkside Green ( Perch Creek III) is a deed-restricted community comprised of 56 single family homes, located just off Route 40, approximately one mile west of historic Glasgow, Delaware.

There is 12.74 acres of private open space land which includes a playground and gazebo. Streets are owned and maintained by the State of Delaware. Parkside Green is responsible for snow removal.

History

The Parkside Green is a deed-restricted community comprised of 56 homes. The Maintenance Corporation was incorporated in 1996 and transferred from Nichols Development in 1999.

More History

The community is maintained and operated by a board of elected community members, known as the Perch Creek III (Parkside Green) Maintenance Corporation. The community is governed by a Maintenance Declaration, Certificate of Incorporation, By Laws, and the Declaration of Restriction. Each homeowner is a voting member of and is responsible for paying an annual assessment to the Perch Creek III Maintenance Corporation.
