Peach Pointe was built in the early 1990s. There are 55 homes in the neighborhood with 7 of them on Peach Drive.
The object shall be to foster and advance community interest in Peach Pointe, to encourage and promote the general welfare of the community, to provide a forum for its members to respond to issues of common concern, to promote public improvements and safety within the community, and to encourage social activities and unity among members of the community.
Anyone who resides within or owns real property within Peach Pointe may participate with no membership fee. Donations may be requested periodically for entrance maintenance (landscaping and sign) but are strictly voluntary.
