Is anyone else sick and tired of listening to sesame street, its a small world, somewhere over the rainbow, twinkle twinkle little star over and over and over all day?
I am a pretty laid back guy really, but I have my limits. When its 90 degrees out and I am considering closing my windows so I can watch a movie, it has gone too far.
The Police say its probably considered normal daytime noise, and he probably has a permit. I'm trying to find permit rules somewhere to see if he is allowed to take over a park with his 'music' day after day after day.
I'm considering ear plugs now. this is a bunch of crap
