Pay Homeowner's Dues with PayPal

PayPal may be used to pay Pebble Creek Phase 1 Homeowners Association dues.

Membership is on a calendar year basis -- January through December.

Full year dues paid by cash or check are $150, but there is an additional $5 fee if using PayPal, bringing the total to $155. Payments are due March 1. A late fee of $40 will be applied on all payments after March 31. 

When you click on the "Buy Now" button, you will be directed to PayPal to log in. If you have an existing account, you will be asked to log in to approve the purchase. If you don't have an account, you can create one, using the directions provided by PayPal.
