Are there assistance programs available for homeowners who can't afford to haul away garbage and vehicles? For many months the house at 1535 SE 47th has had two abandoned vehicles (Dodge Van & Dodge pick-up)and has had no garbage or recycling pick up. Rats are becoming an issue.
Neighbors don't wish to report them because they claim they can't afford to address the problem. Any ideas for public assistance?
