Why Philip St. Block Club was established
Philip Street SouthEnd Block Club was established to bring back a quality of life t the residents of the far eastside of Detroit residing on the southeast block of Philip Street. The residents have raised families and lived in Detroit for over fifty years. It is out of our desire to restore our neighborhood back to the beautiful, peaceful, family oriented place of its beginning that the block club was formed. Our motto: Working together to ensure a clean, safe, and secure Neighborhood for all of our residents.
