I agree this is unaccepable. There is a catagory in the budget called wall maintenance. What the heck is that for????????

Have you e-mailed Kachina? If not that's who you need to send an e-mail to so that they can start the ball rolling on taking care of it. Posting it on a website is great, but if you don't send it to the management company (or someone doesn't) then not a whole lot can be done. If it is bothering people that much then write Kachina at Kachina@juno.com and put ''Castlegate Community'' in the subject line. I wrote them regarding a TON of ant hills down my street and they were taken care of within a few days so they usually don't take too long.

I email Brett directly. When I was emailing to the general email box nothing was happening. I don't think that is the correct email for Kachine anymore.

I did notice coming home yesterday the graffiti on one wall was removed. Now there is the dilema of the other wall that someone attempted to cover up with what looks like a very shiny golden spray paint...Someone needs to repaint that wall. They managed to cover the graffiti but what's left is pretty ugly.
