About Who We Are

The Podickory Point Community Association is currently comprised of the 47 property owner voting members in the Podickory Point Subdivisions 1 & 2. There are also social members of the Community Association who joined from properties neighboring these Subdivisions. The Community borders Podickory Creek, off of the Chesapeake Bay. Podickory Point is adjacent to Sandy Point State Park.
