I had the best night  on 10 May 09 approx 1:00am.  My wife and I were watching TV when we noticed that a Texas tow truck was towing a vehicle from the famous Lake Sunset Ct. house.  I approched  the officer, who related that the SAPD was well aware of the situation.  He told me about the problem of getting into the gate, and I gave him my gate code.  He also told me that he had been here on prior calls and had been into the famous house.  He related that it is in very poor condition and very dirty.  If you look at the lawn you will notice that there is none!!  I feel sorry for the two new neighbors that have and will be moving in.   I hope this is the start of the end of this problem.  I slept very well that night, but still had my outside lights on.

Hello, I am the owner of the house in question. We own the house and live in the house. We have 3 boys ages 18,21,&22. Yes , they do have alot of friends that come over an hang out at the house. If, they have caused anyone on our street any harm or been a disturbance I apologize. They mean no harm to anyone. I as a parent would much rather my children hang out at our home than to not know where they are or what they are doing. I will address the loud music and reckless driving with the young men that come over. Again, I apologize for any disturbances that they might have caused.

I don't mind having friends coming over and visiting, but when they come it at 12:30 am, 1:00 am, 1,30 am, (Get the picture).  Then on top of that for them to come with their skateboards into my driveway, and then have one of your son's friends back up and do a burnout with his 4 X 4 mobster truck right in front of us spraying gravel onto my grass (which you don't  have) I think there is a problem you can't handle.  If you drive down any of the other streets in or community it is very nice, quite, and peaceful.  One other question? What about the cars that pull up, turn off their lights, run into the house and then return to their car and drive off at sometimes 2:00am????  I have a copy of the Home Owners conditions and restrictions if you need one, just let me know.

Bruce, are you married to the Andrea the German lady? If, so why is she allowed to come out screaming and threating children that she will shoot them with a shotgun? I apologize for the condition of our yard, but currently both My husband and I are without a job. We are doing everything we can to pay our bills and maintain a house. We will take care of the boy who did the burn out. We want to continue living here and would like to be at peace with our neighbors too. By the way my name Nancy.
