About our association
Ponderosa Community Association
Ponderosa community Association was established in 1989. Our community meetings were held at the HO Graham Metropolitan Presbyterian Church.We are currently meeting at the West Blvd. Library.
As you enter our community you are surrounded by the Ponderosa Apartments. There are about 200 homes in our community. Our population in the Ponderosa is a mixture of young working class, middle age and retired seniors.
Ponderosa Community established a Neighborhood Watch Program and Beautification Committee.
Annual Fun Day
Ponderosa Community Annual Fun Day is held on the fourth Saturday in May.
Annual Christmas Party
Pomderosa Community Annual Christmas Party is held the second Tuesday of December.
