The streets of Prairie Meadows

Prairie Meadows is bisected by three streets: Waterhouse Circle, Lark Water Lane and Apache Plume. Apache Plume provides access to the community by connecting to Cottonwood Drive on the North end and to Nature Walk Trail on the South end. Nature Walk connects to Parkerhouse Road to provide access from Jordan Road on the West.

Cherry Creek Trail

The community is bordered on the East side by the Creek Creek Trail, and the Cottonwood Trailhead is located near the North East corner.

Prairie Park

The 4 acre park separating the Prairie Meadows and Prairie Walk communities includes a charcoal grill, a gazebo with picnic table, a tot lot playground, a lighted basketball 1/2 court, a volley ball court and a large grassy area for frizbee, football, soccer, or just spreading a blanket to relax.

About our association

Our Prairie Meadows Condominium Association

Our Prairie Meadows Condominium Association (PMCA) is a sub association under a Master Association called Cottonwood South Master Association that includes the Prairie Walk and Prairie Meadows developments. PMCA has been formed by and is currently controlled by a Board of Directors that are exclusively employees of KB Homes which is the Declarant. It was initially planned that there would be 321 to 360 units at full build-out in our development. We will have an owner/member elected to the board by our members at 25% build-out or approximately 80 units and another at 160 units.

The Master Association

The primary reason for the existance of a Master Association is the maintenance of facilities shared with Prairie Walk. These include the park and the storm water drainage system including the retention ponds. It is controlled by 5 Directors, 3 from Prairie Walk and 2 from Prairie Meadows.
