Prescott, Arizona, a city of 30,000, is located about 90 miles northwest of Phoenix. With its mountain mile high elevation, the city enjoys a four-season climate with both mild winters and summers. In January of 1896 a group of enterprising businessmen in Prescott, sturdy products of the early west, charted the original petition for a dispensation to establish the Prescott Elks Lodge
