NEIGHBORHOOD GARAGE SALES

What is it?

The Preston Woods Homeowners' Association sponsors 2 neighborhood garage sales per year.  We have one each spring and fall sale each calendar year.  To advertise the sale, the HOA places an ad on Facebook and displays our banner at the main entrance along 111th Street.  Announcements are made to the residents of Preston Woods via email newsletter.  Often, arrangements can be made for one of the local charities to make a pickup of your unsold items the day after the sale ends as requested.

When is it?

For 2019 the Garage Sale will be March 29th and 30th.  Friday sales start at 8:30am after all the school buses have run, and Saturday sales usually start at 7:00am.  Sales usually end at 3:00pm both days. 

What Do I Need To Do?

1) Clean out your closets and toy boxes!
2) Price your items.
3) Choose which day(s) you want to participate.
4) Have some money to make change.
5) Open your garage door.
6) Make some big bucks!
