Proctor's Point is a community of 93 homes located in Richmond, VA. (Chesterfield County) Proctor's Point is a family-oriented community made up of all ages groups.

Meetings

The PPHOA holds regular monthly meetings. These are normally held on the first Thursday of each month at 7p.m. We meet at the fire department at the entrance to the neighborhood in cold weather. During the warm months, we meet in the main common area on Ransom Hills Road. Attend and share your comments and ideas. Homeowners are always welcome.
