The continued overgrowth of empty gas stations, gang signs on bridges, trash on streets, unruly children, cars parked on lawns- Did I just describe something from a movie? Not quite, this is in my own backyard, in beautiful Raleigh. Or what used to be beautifull Raleigh. I am a concerned citizen that is truly depressed with whats going on in our community.
