Ramblewood History

Ramblewood is located in Southwest Community Subdivision Just between Arrowood and Westinghouse Blvd. which consist of 150 single family homes. The community is surrounded by shopping centers, churches, and businesses. The Ramblewood Association Celebrated its 25th Anniversary in 2007.

The Association started around 1982. A group of Residents came together to protest a rock quarry moving across from the neighborhood. The association has had 6 Presidents, and is active now.

We have Crime Watch, and code Inforcement walk through Neighborhood, we have a resource officer assigned to our Neighborhood. Ramblewood host monthly meetings. Ramblewood also has a park. Ramblewood Park which consist of 8 soccer fields, basketball court, ballfield, shelter, and restrooms.

The Ramblewood Community is also located 1/2 mile form the Light Rail Transit System.
