 You may already know this,but just to verify: the crosswalk light at Bantam/Camplbell WAS operational on Nov. 23, 2011 (after 17 years' efforts as I understand it) as promised by Councilman Fimbres at the Nov. 17 SNAPP Meeting. Thanks to Cheryl S. and the other long time advocates.
   I have composed a Thank You card and was going to deliver it today to the Ward V Office as they worked hard to get the crosswalk in place, but they are closed. Will mail it or deliver it Mon. 
   Cheryl, can you send one to Jim Glock at the Dept of Transportation?
   Have requested that Capt. Bautista of the Santa Cruz Substation (oversees all the operations down there, I believe) attend our Dec. 17 CANA Meeting. I also requested a beat officer as a back-up. If they're both there, I guess we'll have lots of info. Bring your questions, ok?
