Redbud Run HOA

Hi Neighbors! 

My name is Leigh Darr and I am at 227 Mackenzie. I have the privilege of being one of the two resident members to the RBR Board of Directors.

Admittedly, I do not know many of you, but I am interested in hearing about your thoughts (good and bad), questions, concerns, and issues about our neighborhood. I can not promise that they can be fixed, addressed or answered, but at least the communication can be initiated (if it has not already).

Thanks Leigh!  Good to know that we have 2 people that actually live here on the board.  I am upset however to learn that Mr. Zeigler is on our board.  I can understand that Richmond would have a representative and Morlyn(sp?) as they actually own properties, but for our management company, they should not have any say as they have no properties in RedBud.  They should not have a say in the decision making whatsoever.  I am not impressed with Mr. Zeiglerswork ethic by any means.  He has not taken care of the issues that need to be addressed and is more concerned about denying things that add value to a property. Not to mention he will get back with you if he feels like it.  I know I am not the only person who has taken up issue with no response. 

We like what has been happening lately with the neighborhood.  We like the trees and recently paved driveway. 

Will they be paving Mackenzie Lane this summer?  We notice the x's on the sidwalks.  Will they be torn up this summer as well.

I have to agree, I am very happy with the trees/driveways.  Leigh, can you talk with Richmond/Morlyn about the street. Are they waiting for that last lot to be built, and if so, when do they plan on building on it.  They built the 3 houses around me without anyone buying them and 2 of them have now been sold!
