Established in 1995, the Regency Communities Association was formed to voice our community’s needs, establish a plan of action to provide service and support to our residents and to establish a positive working relationship with our Mayor, City Council representative and County Commissioner.
With a infrastructure of an Executive board, various committees, bylaws and long range plans,
your association seeks to encourage resident involvement by providing activities for youths, seniors and establishing of collaboration with local businesses and surrounding community associations.
Since our inception, your community association has successfully advocated for the repaving of all streets, upgrading of street lights, installing of a traffic light at our front entrance, increase presence of police patrols, received over $15,000 from the Building Our Neighborhoods for Development and Success (BONDS) Program for youth and community activities.
Regency Communities association is a member of Urban Village, a 7 community organization focused on addressing economical and political needs of our region.
