Regency Park is an 89 unit gated subdivision in North Central San Antonio. The developer was Cinco Encinos, Ltd. and the initial builder was Highland Homes. Buffington Homes and Beneficial Homes also have built homes in the subdivision. The Association is now owner-controlled. The Annual Membership Meeting is held in June. Regency Park Owners Association is an automatic membership association. Members are all owners who purchase homes within the subdivision. There is a Board of Directors made up of three (3) members who are all residents in Regency Park. The current President of the Board is Mr. Andy Crockett; The Board has set a regular meeting schedule but is in the process of finding a meeting space so that members may attend regular Board meetings. The Association has a number of active committees such as an Architectural Control Committee (Chair: Brett Burns)reviews all requests for improvements to property; the Covenants Committee (Chair: Jack Trostle) which oversees compliance with the restrictive covenants, a Landscape Committee which decides on the type and placement of common area vegetation, a Communications Committee which puts out the CHIRP newsletter and a Budget/Finance Committee which reviews expenditures and recommends budgets to the Board. The Social Committee schedules regular holiday events for the neighborhood. This is a small community (89 homes) and everyone is very friendly and helpful.
