2011 ASSESSMENT INFORMATION

ASSESSMENTS REMAIN AT $425.00 FOR 2011.

The 2011 annual assessment rate remains at $425.00. Payments have been split to ease the blow and the first payment of $250.00 is due on January 1st, 2011 and the second payment of $175.00 is due on July 1, 2011. Send checks made to Regency Park Owners Association to PO Box 100431, San Antonio, TX 78201 on or before the due date to avoid interest on unpaid balances.
