My newspaper is being delivered much later than it has been in the past. ( I leave for work at 5:30 and the paper is not there yet. It is usually there at 5:00 when I get up.) Does anyone know if there is new delivery person and this is to be the new norm, or is it a "substitute" for a temporary time? I am not complaining - I am just wondering.

Ha - very funny. I did hear the paper being delivered at 7:30 this morning. I was just wondering if this is a permanent change or not.
