About our association

WELCOME TO RICHARDSON PARK, DE

We are a very active Civic Association. We curretly hold quarterly meetings in February, May, September and December. We have our annual "free open house" in May at the Crestmoor Swim Club and our annual "Community Christmas Celebration" in December. Our meetings are held at the Five Points Fire Hall, 209 S. Maryland Ave. Wilmington, De. 19804 on the first floor.

We help our neighbors with problems and work with each other to solve them in a timely manner. We are in contact with the State of Delaware and New Castle County to stay abreast of on going issues.

DUES

Yearly dues are only $20.00 per household and $15.00 for seniors over 62 years of age.                 Dues should be in by April and can be brought to any regular meeting. Or you can send your dues by check or money order to: R.P.C.C.A. PO BOX 3033 Newport, DE 19805

BOUNDARIES

Our borders include all of Richardson Park, Glenway Place, Elmhurst, Bellemoor, Champlain Village, Hayden Park, Boxwood, Lynford, Family Place, Megans Court, Laurel Village, Keystone and Dodson Lane. Basically we cover from Boxwood Road to Race St. (Dunkin Doughnuts) and from Maryland Avenue to Dodson Lane (former G.M. plant.) This area covers 13 miles of streets and about 1,700 homes with more still being built - many belonging to well established familes and new friends.
