Richmond Estates is a diverse, family-oriented neighborhood. The neighborhood was developed in the 1960s with many existing original home owners. The Richmond Estates Neighborhood Association was founded in 2003 to bring home owners together; as we take pride in our community, while providing a safe, friendly environment for our families.
