RICHMORE VILLAGE/METROPOLITAN SQUARE

PURPOSE

Provide a forum through which neighborhood residents can exchange and pool ideas on community issues and help solve neighborhood problems. Promote unity and safety in our neighborhood. Work with the surrounding communities and city officials when the need arises. Participate in civic affairs to promote and improve the image of Richmond by our example. Develop a sense of responsibility toward and community with neighbors and the neighborhood, building friendships and a network throughout

BOUNDARIES

The area bounded by Macdonald Avenue to the north, 33rd Street to the east, Carlson Boulevard to the west, and the BART tracks to the south (see attached map), including Nicholl Park, all streets from 33rd to 21st, Euclid Avenue, Grove Street, Murdock Street, Broadway, Bissell Avenue, Chanslor Avenue, Exchange Place, and Civic Center Street.
