Riva Chase Homewoners' Assoc.

Dues are $55 per year and collected for maintenance of the HOA and Architectural Control Committee (ACC). The Forest Hills Metro District presently provides water, sanitation, street and security gate improvements and maintenance as well as park and recreational facilities. Water is metered and sewer service charge is a flat monthly rate. Minimum water and sewer charge is $62 per month.
