Our Subdivision

River Bend Subdivision's 60 homes are situated on 1/2+ acre wooded lots, including some lots up to 2 acres situated on the Alcovy River. This community has a swim and tennis recreation area along with sidewalks, underground utilities and sodded front lawns. River Bend is conveniently located near Tribble Mill Park for family enjoyment of hiking up the nature trails, horseback riding, bicycling and fishing. With shopping only a few miles away River Bend can give you and your family the serenity of country living and convenience of the city.

We bring neighbors together and try to give the neighborhood a better sense of identity. We encourage civic involvement, but we strive to remain apolitical. We also participate in the neighborhood watch group that works with the police department to keep this a safe and crime-free neighborhood.

Our neighborhood is named after the Alcovy River that flows south of our neighborhood.

About our association

Our Association

River Bend Homeowners Association Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)-3 organization of volunteers from the neighborhood. The River Bend Homeowners Association was incorporated on April 13, 1998 by its developer. On August 20, 2001, neighborhood residents elected a board of directors and assumed control of the neighborhood.

We elect a board of directors at an annual all-neighborhood meeting in September. Board meetings are open to all neighbors. Members pay annual dues.
