Executive Board Minutes From October

The Board met on October 10th and 29th to discuss various concerns. Those who were in attendance were: Keith Miles, President, Greg Hutzell, Vice-President, Tammy Pugel, Treasurer and Melinda Heimerich, Secretary.

The Board decided to turn off the phone at the pool until the pool reopens again in the summer. This is saving our association around $75.00 a month.

The landscape company was terminated due to dissatisfaction with their services. We will begin to locate a new landscaping company to service the common areas. Greentech will winterize the lawn.

Ken Moss has agreed to supply and put on dead bolts on the bathroom doors at the pool house to help keep out vandalism. Thank you, Ken!

Dates were set for a Halloween party, neighborhood workday and quarterly meeting
