River Highlands Estates Condominiums is a 32 unit, 16 building gated community located on the south bank of the Amite River Diversion Canal in Ascension Parish, Louisiana. Access to the complex is from Highway 22 and River Highlands Drive. We are adjacent to the River Front Grill and Thunder Bayou Store. Our owners are a mix of year round residents and week-enders. Our 32 boat slips give us access to the Amite and Blind rivers as well as Lake Maurepas, Lake Ponchartrain, and the Gulf of Mexico.
