River Trails Homeowners Association

what are our rights to noise polution?

Posted in: River Trails

If the parents are home have you talked to them?  What did they say?

It's funny that you ask.....WHY?  Because, when I tried speaking with them, on two counts! And these were my results. (Thus far)

(1) They would not answer the door, when I happened to go and have an adult conversation regarding such!

(2) In the other instance...they did not speak English' (cough)  And tried to tell me that.....they "Don't understand what I was saying!"

Either way...This Sub-Division is going thru some major changes! And quiet honestly, not in the positive direction!

I also do believe that before we go blaming the elected officials of the River Trails Association....(although I have never personally met them or spoke with them in regards to any issue)/will Say...that it takes all residents to make change! I refer to myself as well.

I work hard, as am sure others do who have a home in the area. This being said, I find it difficult in understanding WHY we as home owners are simply allowing other homeowner to undermind the values in which I/We/They...who have worked so hard to achieve in (providing a good home, good schools for our children, and good morales to pass on). Why this is happening?

And Yet' though....there are some who seem to continue to minimize the concerns of residents, by simply writing ridiculous comments to real issues!  (which goes directly to my point regarding this River Trails Sub-Division not moving in the right direction).

When you have residents making statements on this neighborhood link, as if they were writing a text to their bff, and saying silly things to make a funny/joke!  It makes more to my point of how either we need to impose our city civic duties, govern by our laws of the land....to those that have a non-caring attitude about home values, not being respectful to their neighbors.

Sincerely:

RiverTrailsresident

( I do thank you for taking the time in regards to the issue I had. And I appreciate your comments).....WHY?  Because it ideally let's ME know that You think in the same direction as to respectfully going to that neighbor', and tring to resolve an issue that could be taken care of with simply an Adult professional conversation! :0)

Thanks Again...

When people of this community do not take these neighborhood links more seriously how can we expect a decent place to live.  If we all don't work together and "clean up the neighborhood" our homes will never be worth the work, the sweat and the funds we've put into them.  This community needs dedicated home owners who will stand up and make a stand against crime, lazy and loud neighbors, as well as the "trash"I've seen come into this area in the past 15 years.  Let's take a stand and CLEAN UP OUR HOME, OUR NEIGHBORHOOD!

Dissappointed Neighbor.
