River's Edge Association
Mission Statement
River's Edge Association is committed to the revitalization of the Browntown and Hedgeville neighborhoods in Wilmington. Our goal is to increase the homewownership rate in these neighborhoods by providing affordable housing through the properties that we are building and renovating. This will provide stability for the neighborhood and provide our clients with pride of ownership that will be reflected in better upkeep of the neighborhoods.
