Riverside Chase

According to our CC & R's the notice has to be in writing address to each and every home.  This can not be posted.  I have had the meeting posted on the Calander for several weeks.  Also the website address is included on The Chase Report that was printed each and everytime for the past several years.  If people really cared they would be calling the Hotline or emailing which they are not.

  To your first point I do not know about the CC&R's as I have yet to receive any thing from the HOA since I moved in back in April (even though I have request for a copy twice now). 

Second I do not know why you would bring up the fact the the web site is printed on the Chase Report when there as only been 1 Chase Report in the last 15 Months.  I am 100% positive that I am not the only person to move in to RC in the last 15 months.  I only found this site by chance.  Otherwise I would not even know we had a Hotline number or e-mail address or that we even had a HOA.

Third,  I do care.  I have called the Hotline 4 times, I have send in over 10 e-mails to the e-mail address and have only received 1 e-mail reply telling me that the HOA is still active.

All I am asking for is for the Board to do what they say they are going to do.  I was told there would be a new Chase Report in Mid October and that it would have the Meeting information in it.  I even offered over 6 different items that could be put into the Report .
