Due to not enough Board members being present there was no official meeting.

MINUTES

The minutes from the December meeting were not read.

TREASURERS REPORT

Tricia Hartman said we have $6,731.18 in the general account & $6,711.44 in the dock account. There are several bills that need to be paid.

Attached to these minutes are your tax assessments. Please pay these ASAP. RCA depends on these funds to pay our bills.

DOCK REPORT

There was no dock report other than you can?’t see them due to high water.

NEW BUSINESS

Jeff Patton has talked with the sign man & hopes to have signs installed by Spring.
