The President called the meeting to order at 6:40pm.

MINUTES

The minutes from the November meeting were not read but were approved. .

TREASURERS REPORT

Rhonda Oechsli gave the Treasurer?’s Report. There is $6,563.39 in the general account & $6,731.18 in the dock account. We paid Carlos Terrill $186.18 for landscaping work done. One more resident paid their assessment. Three more still owe. The 2007 assessments will be distributed in the January minutes.

DOCK REPORT

There was no dock report other than they are still there!

NEW BUSINESS

Jeff Patton reported that Linda Patton had contacted Metro Call & received tracking numbers for street repaving, street light installation & signage. Trisha Hartman said that the replacement W. Riverside street sign is up. JP is waiting until spring to have ?“Children at Play?” signs installed. We are still quite concerned about speeding in Riviera. It?’s not just ?“passers-through?” who are guilty; we also have some residents who are not observing a safe speed.
